New mayor’s service

A REDDISH councillor was welcomed in as the new mayor of Stockport at a civic service.

A service was held at St Elisabeth’s Church for Reddish South Councillor Andy Verdeille.

Bishop Libby Lane helped to officiate the proceedings and young people from Reddish Vale High School provided musical entertainment.
