THE following people have appeared before Stockport magistrates:
PAUL ANTHONY BIRD, 24, of Lenham Close, Brinnington, admitted breaching a nonmolestation order. Six-month conditional discharge.
RYAN ANTHONY BALL, 27, of Rae Street, Edgeley, pleaded guilty to assault. Community punishment order with 150 hours of unpaid work, £200 compensation, £85 costs.
LIAM KENNETH BANCROFT, 26, of Northway, Brinnington, admitted sending a threatening message. Community punishment order with a curfew, £85 costs.
SASHA PLATT, 24, of the Mount, Brinnington, pleaded guilty to assault and criminal damage. Fined £173, £150 compensation, £200 costs.
LEE ANTHONY LAWLER, 33, of Braddon Road, Woodley, admitted assault. Jailed for eight weeks, £85 costs.
WILLIAM JOHN WHITE, 26, of Hawthorn Grove, Bramhall, pleaded guilty to drink-driving and possessing a class C drug. Fined £465, 20-month driving ban, £85 costs.
ASHLEY MATTHEW BURGESS, 29, of Siddington Avenue, Bridgehall, admitted the use of threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Sixteen weeks’ jail suspended for a year, 150 hours of unpaid work, £150 compensation.
DONNA MARIE WRIGHT, 41, of Farndon Avenue, Hazel Grove, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault. Eight weeks in jail, suspended for a year, £50 compensation.
DANIEL LEE ROTHWELL, 30, of The Bentleys, Lancashire Hill, admitted two counts of disqualified driving and driving without insurance and one each of failing to stop after an accident and driving without due care. Jailed for 17 weeks.
DANIEL RAYMOND BARRASS, 31, of Throstle Grove, Marple, pleaded guilty to obstructing a police officer. Community punishment order with 120 hours of unpaid work, £50 compensation, £250 costs.
ANTHONY JOHN MARSHALL, 35, of Hexham Close, Offerton, was found guilty of driving a vehicle that had been taken without consent, driving not in accordance with a licence and driving without insurance. Ten weeks’ jail, eight licence penalty points.
