Sally signs for panto

CORONATION Street actress Sally Lindsay is set to make her panto debut this Christmas in the Liverpool Empire’s festive show.

The actress from Heaton Mersey, also known for her roles in Mount Pleasant and Ordinary Lies, will play Fairy Fazakerley in Dick Whittington with Shameless actor Warren Donnelly as King Rat.

Sally was in the St Winifred’s choir when it had a number one hit with There’s No One Quite Like Grandma in 1980.
