STREET ART
THE environmental charity Sustrans will be painting part of a street in Heaton Norris this Sunday.
Residents are invited to come to paint a temporary crossing at the end of Belmont Street between 11am and 2pm.
The end of Belmont Street will be closed from 9am to 5pm to allow for painting.
The event is part of the Pocket Places scheme and is aimed at improving pedestrian safety.
The charity will provide paint and refreshments.
