PARK TRAIL

AN EVENT is launching at Lyme Park, in Disley, to help people learn the techniques behind trail running.

The Trust the Trail session aims to help give people the confidence to get into the sport.

It takes place on August 15 from 3.30pm to 7.30pm and costs £12.

It will be followed with a six week trail running group that meets every Thursday from 6.30pm, starting August 20.
