Supporters Cooperative celebrate double
THE Supporters Cooperative clocked up a notable double whammy earlier this week - the culmination of months of hard work by the current Cooperative Board.
First off Race Director John Giles confirmed the returns from this year’s Hatters Half Marathon, and the surplus from that event pushed the Guardian Account beyond £27,000- an excellent effort!
Then we were pleased to be able to also confirm that fully paid up membership of the Stockport County Supporters Cooperative had now gone beyond 400.
The aim is a membership of upwards of 1000, and this increase and the rate of current uptake, gives grounds for reasonable optimism that this goal is achievable!
Members have responded to our appeals and renewed their membership in significant numbers either via our Web Collect web site or in person at the cabin in the Cheadle End Car Park on Saturday Match Days.
We have urged members, to visit and check out their details correcting any that might be incorrect, and we invite all who have not as yet done so, to please do this.
Non members or lapsed members can sign up via the same route and pay on-line by one of a variety of methods!
