Made him a hero to our supporters

energy….enthusiasm and unquenchable spirit that made him a star and a total hero to County supporters.

Amazingly……with the visit of Darlington to Edgeley Park on January 21, 2017, Stockport County have pulled off a coup.

They have enticed the usually elusive hero to head over from Darlington, where he now resides, and take in the game.

Happily Tommy will also be attending County’s Corporate Hospitality prior to the Darlington game, so County fans will be able to catch up with Tommy and another County idol Osher Williams, and enjoy a fine meal. Personally I cannot think of a better way of kicking the new year off.

Before that, on 17 December prior to County’s game with Altrincham, the Supporters Cooperative will be in the Cheadle End Cabin from 1.30 until 2.30 collecting County memorabilia for re-sale in support of the Guardian Account, and donations to the Wellsprings Rucksack Project( which we will also be collecting on Sunday 18th before the Carol Concert at Edgeley Park).
