●●MICHAEL JOSEPH MCDONALD, 37, of Buxton Road, Heaviley, admitted possession of a class A drug. One year conditiona­l discharge, £45 costs. ●●ANTHONY FRANCE, 56, of Millbrook Towers, central Stockport, pleaded guilty to being concerned in the production of cannabis. Fined £200, £85 costs.

●●MARK FRANCE, 53, of Millbrook Towers, central Stockport, admitted producing cannabis. Four months jail suspended for a year, curfew, £85 costs.

●●MARCUS HARDMAN, 20, of Carlton Avenue, Cheadle Hulme, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath specimen. Fined £185, one-year driving ban, £85 costs.

●●STUART ANTHONY RYAN, 44, of Alder Grove, Edgeley, admitted two counts of breaching a sexual harm order by accessing a computer. Community punishment order with a rehabilita­tion requiremen­t, £85 costs.

●●JOHN PAUL DANIELS, 41, of Northgate Road, Edgeley, pleaded guilty to two counts of shopliftin­g and one of failing to surrender to custody. Six months jail suspended for a year, curfew, £85 costs.

●●JOHN CLARKE, 43, of Woodlands Drive, Offerton, admitted criminal damage. Fined £200, £300 compensati­on, £85 costs.

●●MUJTABA BAIG, 20, of Athlone Avenue, Cheadle Hulme, was found guilty of assault. Two-year conditiona­l discharge, £620 costs.
