By signing up to the Co-operative

fans of County should seriously consider joining the Stockport County Supporters Cooperative. There are others of course – having a say in County’s future from within the largest Stockport County supporters organisation in existence. We have regular contacts with the Board of Stockport County and our members views, and questions that give a voice to those views , regularly form the basis for our discussions with the club.

Through our small but perfectly organised Events Team, spearheaded by Dave Marchbank and John Giles, we also offer a prodigious number of events, in and out of season. These mostly are fund raisers in support of the Guardian Account, but there is always a requirement to provide entertainment, and in events like the Xmas Cavort and County Quiz which last week went on tour to New Mills, this is present in shed loads.

That said we also look to involve our members, and others, in community events and in this regard the prestigious ‘Hatters Half Marathon’ is just that, attracting 700+ entries and doing much to enhance the Club and Town’s reputations.

You can also help boost the Guardian Account further by donating memorabilia at the cabin (shirts , hats, scarves etc).
