Fined £275, one year driving ban, £100 costs. ●●CHARLOTTE REES, 26, of Gloucester Road, Heald Green, admitted shoplifting. Four months jail suspended for a year, 100 hours unpaid work, £551 compensation, £43 costs. ●●DAVID ANTHONY OAKLEY, 38, of High Street, New Mills, pleaded guilty to theft. Community punishment order with a rehabilitation requirement, fined £100, £200 costs. ●●JAMES ANDREW BIRD, 56, of Buxton Road, Great Moor, was found guilty of assaulting a police officer. Fined £150, £200 costs. ●●MARK BRANNEY, 53, of Buckingham Road West, Heaton Moor, admitted assault. Community punishment order with 80 hours unpaid work, restraining order, £85 costs. ●●ALEX JAMES DANIELS, 18, of Bleaton Court, central Stockport, pleaded guilty to assault. Community punishment order with an activity requirement, fined £40, £85 costs. ●●MICHAEL JOSEPH MCDONALD, 37, of Buxton Road, Heaviley, admitted the use of threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and two counts of shoplifting. Twelve weeks jail suspended for a year, £83 compensation, £150 costs. ●●SHANE BRADLEY COSTELLO, 21, of Sykes Walk, Reddish, pleaded guilty to assault, criminal damage and cannabis possession. Community punishment order with 200 hours unpaid work, £100 compensation, £85 costs. ●●ANDREW EDWARD POOLE, 42, of Dartmouth Crescent, Brinnington, admitted breaching a restraining order. Twenty weeks jail. ●●JAMIE ANTHONY HARDY, 26, of Hilda Grove, Reddish, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs. Fined £330, 14 month driving ban, £200 costs. ●●ROSS HILTON MALLALIEU, 34, of Cranleigh Drive, Cheadle, was found guilty of driving under the influence of drugs. Fined £1,000, 10 driving licence penalty points, £620 costs.
