Community punishment order with 100 hours’ unpaid work, 12-month driving ban, £1,000 compensation. ●●ANTHONY HEALEY, 35, of Barnsley Street, Offerton, admitted criminal damage and two counts of assault. Community punishment order with activity requirement, fined £330, £100 compensation, restraining order, £85 costs. ●●YASMIN VANESSA HOPE, 20, of Oldham Drive, Woodley, pleaded guilty to assault. Community punishment order with curfew, £85 costs. ●●NICHOLAS JOHN MAHER, 39, of the Longsons, Lancashire Hill, admitted six counts of breaching a restraining order. Forty-eight weeks’ jail suspended for 18 months, £85 costs. ●●DAVID MCCREERY, 55, of Green Lane, Heaton Moor, pleaded guilty to assault. Fined £1,750, £1,250 compensation, £250 costs. ●●DARREN CALLAGHAN, 50, of Gresham Walk, Heaton Moor, found guilty of assaulting a police officer.
