Entries are open for the business awards

-

IT’S that time of year again; the Stockport Business Awards are back and open for entry. Last year a record number of entries were received and organisers are hoping to uncover even more successful businesses again in 2017.

Andrew Baggott, of organisers Clarke Nicklin, commented: “Last year we were celebrating our fifth award ceremony, it was a fantastic evening and although I’m sure it will be difficult to top, I think we’ll manage it!

“The event celebrates all that is great about business in Stockport and I’d encourage anybody to take a look at the categories and submit a nomination. There’s something for everyone and you’ve got nothing to lose by entering the awards, but everything to gain. Winners tell us that the recognition and raised profile they gained by being shortlisted for an award was great for business and great for staff too.”

The categories are: ●●BUSINESS of the Year (over £5m) ●●BUSINESS of the Year (£1-5m) ●●BUSINESS of the Year (up to £1m) ●●MOST Promising Young Business ●●BUSINESS Person of the Year ●●EMPLOYER of the Year ●●INTERNATIONAL Business of the Year ●●THE Innovation Award ●●BEST Creative Agency ●●BEST Food & Drink Retailer ●●BEST Not-for-Profit Organisation ●●EXCELLENCE in CSR
