To maintaining satisfied fanbase
Less important, but still central to the Cooperatives communications effort, are the weekly, and sometimes more regular, ‘Newsletters’ sent via email. These are an invaluable contact tool.
The Cheadle End Cabin, a recent innovation, is another essential link in the Cooperative’s communications chain, allowing members to raise any issue they care to with the (usually two) board members who share the season long rota for cabin duty, and will try their very best to help.
Another recent communication development has been the birth of ‘Coop Talking’ an occasional series of informal chats involving Cooperative board members on subjects of interest.
To date we have aired three such offerings covering the Guardian Account, Sponsors and the AGM, and an interview with Mike Swann of the Spinning Top.
We have other editions planned including one on our Events Team and a further look at the Guardian Account.
So look out for these, and for an idea of what to expect try this link... https://www.dropbox. com/s/uc83vean24ray69/ ST%20Interview. MP3?dl=0
To be a success, communications must be a two way process, with all party’s giving due weight to the others input. I would maintain this is the way it is just now with ourselves, but if you think differently please contact us and let us know.
