Bra fitting event part of Breast Cancer Month
AS part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, the lingerie team at John Lewis Cheadle held a bra fitting evening.
Women who had undergone breast cancer surgery attended from Wythenshawe, Stepping Hill and Macclesfield hospitals. Sue Rice, lingerie adviser, said: “It was a very relaxed evening and lovely to see ladies feeling comfortable in talking to each other and sharing their stories.
“It’s so important to find the correct bra post surgery, as it can make such a difference in enhancing shape and ultimately boosting confidence.’
Customers also received fashion advice from the personal stylists, hand massages and mini makeovers from the Clinique team and a goody bag to take home.
