THE following people have appeared before Stockport magistrate­s: ●●JOSEPH WILLIAM EDWARDS, 23, Woodlands Park Drive, Offerton, admitted driving while disqualifi­ed, drink-driving and driving without insurance. Four months’ jail suspended for 18 months, 120 hours’ unpaid work, 40-month driving ban, fined £250, £85 costs. ●●JASON ATWELL, 25, of Oldham Drive, Woodley, pleaded guilty to disqualifi­ed driving and driving without insurance. Community punishment order with 100 hours’ unpaid work, six-month driving ban, fined £50, £170 costs. ●●NEVILLE WHITTLE, 64, of Oxford Drive, Woodley, admitted using a television without a licence. Fined £40, £60 costs. ●●DAVID POTTER, 37, of Moseley Street, Edgeley, pleaded guilty to breach of the peace. Bound over to the sum of £50 for six months. ●●PIETRO ANTONIO POLLASTRET­TI, 57, of Bridge Street, Bramhall, was found guilty of two counts of driving under the influence of drugs and admitted cocaine possession. Fined £1,250, 12-month driving ban, £775 costs. ●●MARK ROBERT ADES, 36, of Fistral Avenue, Heald Green, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Fined £162, banned from driving for one year, £250 costs. ●●THOMAS IAN CURRIE, 20, of Dorset Avenue, Cheadle Hulme, pleaded guilty to threatenin­g behaviour. Conditiona­lly discharged for 12 months, restrainin­g order, £200 costs. ●●LEE JAMES BRADBURY, 31, of Gorton Road, Reddish, admitted the use of threatenin­g, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and criminal damage. Community punishment order with 60 hours’ unpaid work, restrainin­g order, £200 compensati­on, £85 costs. ●●LEE ELLIS JONES, 41, of Waterside, Marple, pleaded guilty to entering as a trespasser to steal. Thirty-eight weeks’ jail, £85 costs.
