THE following people have appeared before Stockport Magistrates’ Court:
ANDREW RICHARD BROADHURST, 63, of Ladybrook Road, Bramhall, was found guilty of assault. Community punishment order with activity requirement, fined £220, £150 compensation, £625 costs.
DAVID JOHN ADSHEAD, 33, of Peak Bank, Romiley, was found guilty of failing to provide a breath specimen. Community punishment order with 60 hours’ unpaid work, three-year driving ban, £250 costs.
ANDREW JAMES WILLIAM EDGE, 47, of Hodder Bank, Offerton, admitted drunk and disorderly, driving without insurance, driving not in accordance with a licence, driving a vehicle with no test certificate, fraudulently using a registration mark, two counts of criminal damage and two counts of assaulting a police officer. Community punishment order with a curfew, £185 compensation, six driving licence penalty points.
JOHN KENNETH BROWN, 36, of Manor Road, Brinnington, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Fined £500, 21-month driving ban, £85 costs.
ELLIOT CAMPBELL, 27, of Longhurst Lane, Mellor, admitted drink-driving. Community punishment order with 100 hours’ unpaid work, two-year driving ban, £85 costs.
KATHLENE SMITH, 51, of Norcross Close, Offerton, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Community punishment order with 100 hours’ unpaid work, two-year driving ban, £85 costs.
