Admitted stealing food and drink worth a total of £191.39 from the Co-op. Discharged conditiona­lly for a year, fined £50 and ordered to pay £85 costs. ●●JAMIE Brian Harding, 43, of Shaw Road, Stockport. Admitted driving while under the influence of drugs. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs, banned from driving for 12 months. ●●ASHLEY Burke, 30, of Dorset Avenue, Cheadle Hulme, admitted drink-driving. Community order made for 120 hours of unpaid work to be completed within the next 12 months, to pay £85 costs, banned from driving for 24 months. ●●JOEL Dexter Pollard, 30, of Cheviot Close, Stockport, admitted drink-driving. Community order made for 120 hours of unpaid work to be completed within the next 12 months, ordered to pay £85 costs, banned from driving for 24 months. ●●SCOTT Jonah Mosley, 22, of Dunbarton Close, Reddish, admitted failing to comply with supervisio­n requiremen­ts following release from prison by missing appointmen­ts. Jailed for 14 days. ●●TRACEY Anne Peel, 45, of Grange Avenue, Cheadle Hulme, admitted two counts of assault. Community order made to participat­e in a rehabilita­tion activity for up to 15 days, 12-month restrainin­g order, fined £120 and ordered to pay £200 compensati­on. ●●ANDREW Mayer, 55, of Grovenor Street, Hazel Grove, admitted assault and failing to surrender to custody at Stockport Magistrate­s’ Court. Jailed for 18 weeks, 12-month restrainin­g order, ordered to pay £100 compensati­on. ●●LIAM Gibson, 24, of Long Grain Place, Blackstone Road, Offerton, admitted failing to comply with the requiremen­ts of a suspended sentence. Dealt with for the original offence, suspended sentence imposed and jailed for four months. ●●CALLUM James Hadley, 22, of Castle Street, Stockport, admitted failing to comply with supervisio­n requiremen­ts following release from prison. Fined £20. ●●BRIAN Talbot, 40, of Hathaway Gardens, Bredbury, admitted failing to comply with the requiremen­ts of a community order. Fined £461. ●●KARL Rutter, 31, of Rostrevor Road, Adswood, admitted failing to comply with the requiremen­ts of a community order. Fined £80. ●●HADI Alshawi, 24, of Holmes Court, Watson Square, Stockport, admitted using an unlicensed vehicle and was convicted of speeding and failing to provide informatio­n relating to the identifica­tion of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to be guilty of an offence. Fined £185 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £24.17, and £211 costs.
