Fined £300 and ordered to pay £85 costs, banned from driving for 12 months. ●●RICHARD James Hawkins, 34, of Guywood Lane, Romiley, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour towards another person. 12-month community order made, with a four-week curfew and to participate in a rehabilitation activity for up to 15 days. Restraining order made for 12 months, ordered to pay £85 costs. ●●MOHAMMED Javid Mansoor, 31, of Finney Lane, Heald Green, admitted failing to provide a sample of blood for analysis and using a vehicle without an MOT certificate. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 costs, banned from driving for 12 months. ●●YASIR Raza Yaqub, 31, of Craig Road, Heaton Mersey, admitted two counts of possession of class B drugs. Discharged conditionally for one year, ordered to pay £85 costs, drugs to be forfeited. ●●JAMIE Williams, 29, of College Close, Stockport, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, which was racially aggravated. Community order made to participate in a rehabilitation activity for up to 15 days and to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay £80 compensation and £85 costs. ●●JAMES McLoughlin, 28, of Hopedale Road, Reddish, admitted breaching a restraining order. Handed an eightweek prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, ordered to participate in a rehabilitation activity for up to five days and to carry out 50 hours of unpaid work within a supervision period of 18 months. Handed a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, ordered to participate in a rehabilitation activity for up to 10 days and to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay £90 compensation and £200 costs.
