Restrainin­g order made for 12 months, ordered to pay £85 costs. ●●MOHAMMED Javid Mansoor, 31, of Finney Lane, Heald Green, admitted failing to provide a sample of blood for analysis and using a vehicle without an MOT certificat­e. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 costs, banned from driving for 12 months. ●●YASIR Raza Yaqub, 31, of Craig Road, Heaton Mersey, admitted two counts of possession of class B drugs.
