UNIQUE WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT

I’M a Multi Award Winning Diamond 1:1 by Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant and I had a meeting with local Stockport MP William Wragg about the Obesity Crisis and how being overweight impacts Covid and people who are overweight are more at risk of catching Corona Virus and having complications.

As Stockport is such a high risk area and has now gone into the red again its extremely important more than ever that people are healthy and lose weight if they need to.

As 1:1 diet consultants we help people on a 1:1 basis not only helping them lose weight with our 5 structured calorie plans but we work closely with our slimmers on a personal level to get to know them and their reasons for weight gain.

It has been a very interesting year

It’s a year we will never forget

With COVID-19 taking over the world

And the challenges that we have met.

A horrible virus continues to spread It’s multiplying too soon We have no way of slowing it down

And nobody is immune.

The country spent months at a standstill

With everyone sad and morose

With hotels, bars and restaurants All being forced to close. There was no choice but to stay indoors

Everyone was at loose ends

There was no opportunity for leisure,

Even meeting with family and friends.

As well as having to stay at home

With everyone getting bored

Foreign holidays were cancelled

So no-one could go abroad.

But the UK holiday market has boomed

And instead of the traditional vacation

Everyone’s chosen a UK break

In the sense of a true staycation!

It’s unlikely that life will be “normal” soon As this is a gigantic task So, for the time being, let’s be mindful of this

And reach for the gloves and mask!

We all need to ensure that these rules

Are not forever etched on papyrus

So as a nation, let’s pull together

And beat Coronavirus!
