Mugging victim hurt
A MAN was hospitalised after being injured during an attempted mugging.
The victim was attacked by four men as he walked along a footpath between Aberdeen Grove and King Street West in Edgeley. He sustained a number of injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment. He’s since been discharged.
Police say it’s believed there were a number of witnesses to the attack and have appealed for anyone with information to come forward. It took place at 6.30pm on Monday, March 22.
