Star Michelle’s hot shots keep her fans guessing on location

-

MICHELLE Keegan has been flooded with messages from fans seemingly trying to guess her location after her very sunny snaps gave away she may not have been in the UK – despite there being glimmers of brighter weather over the Easter Weekend.

They seem to not be aware that the actress is currently residing in Australia while she films her next television project.

Michelle has already been in Sydney for a couple of weeks where she is reprising the role of nurse Kate in Ten Pound Poms.

The first six-part series aired on the BBC in May last year and followed a group of Brits as they left dreary post-war Britain in 1956 to embark on a life-altering adventure on the other side of the world.

Following its success, the BBC then revealed earlier this year that the drama will return for another instalment with Stockport-born Michelle now filming alongside her fellow cast mates Faye Marsay and Warren Brown as they document their characters’ continued adventures in Australia.

In the middle of last month, the 36-year-old confirmed that she’s been enjoying the delights of the other side of the world in a new social media post, while her husband Mark Wright has also joined her on the trip and has been sharing his own updates.

But back to Michelle and the former Coronation Street star has offered a fresh update as she enjoyed a sun-soaked bank holiday weekend which appeared to have consisted of trips to the beach, a gym session and plenty of seafood.

“If only every weekend was a bank holiday weekend,” Michelle, who shot to fame playing Tina McIntyre in ITV soap Corrie, wrote in the caption of her post to her 7.3 million followers.

The comments quickly came in asking Michelle if she was in Sydney while @paulwilson8603 quipped: “You said bank holiday AND posted a pic with sunshine? April fools??” Meanwhile, @ chelsea_howdin replied: “You just never know who’s in Sydney.”

Some questioned whether she was as famous down under as she is in the UK. @livin_ our_west_life asked: “Are you recognised is Sydney? Be nice to be incognito,” while @traceyrea2018 commented: “How nice it must be to walk round with nobody really recognising you . That must feel amazing.”

Others, however, argued she got the term of the holiday wrong.

@lisa.wenyon said: “It’s Bondi. And we don’t have bank holidays here. It’s

Easter Monday.” @ alice__grace__89 commented: “It’s called the Easter long weekend and that’s Bondi beach.”

@newyfinance wrote: “It’s our Easter long weekend in Oz. Friday to Monday. Not a bank holiday.”

@kennedy_sheena argued: “I live in Aus and still call it bank holiday!” before @c.xx.d.xx.68 shared: “Jesus all these comments arguing what her break is called agree to disagree people... looks amazing in oz,” and @ nomoreotterss added: “Who cares?! No need to be pedantic. Michelle is English.

“Brits refer to public holidays as bank holidays.”
