Police are appealing for informatio­n after the theft of a quad bike from a farm between Muthill and the junction with the B827 road to Braco.

The Honda was stolen between 3.30pm and 4pm on Thursday, January 20.

A police spokespers­on said:“A green pickup was observed being followed at speed by the quad bike driven by a man in a high visibility vest/jacket from the farm outside Muthill towards the B827.

“We would urge anyone who witnessed this or any drivers’ vehicles who were on the B827 or between the B827 and Muthill at this time who observed these vehicles who may have dashcam footage to get in touch.”

Meanwhile police are seeking informatio­n after a number of windows at businesses on Crieff’s Comrie Road were damaged between 5pm on Friday, January 21, and 8am on Saturday, January 22.

A further window was damaged at one of the same businesses between 5pm and 9.30pm on Saturday, January 22.
