Nominate an award winner

Time is running out to put forward your nominations for the 32nd Perth and Kinross Sports Awards.

Organisers Live Active Leisure (LAL) are inviting locals to submit their choices for one of 10 prestigious sporting awards by Sunday, January 30.

In partnership with Perth and Kinross Sports Council, LAL will honour the clubs and individuals that have played an active role in the sporting life in the region, with entries judged on merits from January 1 to December 31, 2021.

Categories for this year’s awards are: Sports Personality of the Year, Young Sports Personality of the Year, Veteran Sports Personality of the Year, Disability Sports Personality of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Youth Leadership Award, Club of the Year, Sport for Change Award, Chuck Hay Team Performance Award and George Mortimer Service to Sport Award.

Nominees must have been a resident in Perth and Kinross for at least six months during 2021 and/ or been affiliated to a club in Perth and Kinross in the same time period.
