Scenic snaps boost charity

-

Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS) has received £500 from the sale of a 2022 calendar celebrating the scenery around the Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels.

The hospitality group – based in the Strath capital with eight hotels across Scotland – invited guests to submit snaps of the local landscapes taken during their stay, with the best comprising the calendar.

It comes as CHAS, which has a base at Rachel House in Kinross, this month celebrates 30 years of supporting children with life-shortening conditions and their families across Scotland.

Nic Oldham, head of customer and commercial at Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels, said:“We hope the money will help CHAS to continue the vital work they do with families across the country.

“We would also like to thank all guests who took the time to submit photos and gave us so many beautiful images to choose from.”

Angharad Low, of CHAS, thanked all involved and said:“Every penny raised will support families caring for a child with a life-shortening condition.”
