The following planning applications were validated by Perth and Kinross Council during the week ending February 7:

Alterations to dwellinghouse, driveway and parking area at Gleneagles House, Gleneagles, for The Gleneagles 1996 Trust;

Installation of replacement windows and listed building consent for work at Craigroyston, Dalginross, for Mrs L Reposo;

Alterations and extension to dwellinghouse and erection of a garage at Bridge of Hosh Bungalow, Crieff, for Kevin Johnstone;

Installation of an outfall headwall and associated works at Acorn Dell Woodland, Laggan Road, Crieff for Scottish Water;

Erection of four flats, garages and associated landscaping (revised design) at site of former Firhill, Auchterarder, for Peter McKernan Homes;

Erection of a fence and installation of a boiler and oil tank (in retrospect) at Netherton Farm, Blackford, for Ross Harper.
