Funding chance for Strathallan groups
Community groups, charities and social enterprises in the Strathallan ward have until February 18 to apply for a share of the second round of awads from Perth and Kinross Council’s Community Investment Fund (CIF).
The local authority has said the CIF provides an opportunity for people to“work together to create a confident, ambitious and fairer Perth and Kinross”.
A total of £193,628 was left over from the first round of £600,000 that was split between the 12 Perth and Kinross ward areas to support projects tackling local issues and inequalities and improve quality of life for communities.
There is currently £4616 available for projects in Strathallan.
The closing date for applications to CIF@pkc. gov.uk is Friday, February 18, at 5 pm.
The application form and guidance documents can be found at www.pkc.gov.uk/cif.
