Period products survey
A public consultation on the availability of free period products has been launched by Perth and Kinross Council.
The local authority provides free sanitary products in 86 facilities across the region as a whole.
And Perth and Kinross Association of Voluntary Service (PKAVS) supplies further provision through the Tampon Taxi and Fareshare initiatives.
The council and its partners are keen to find out what period products people would like to have access to and the locations where the products should be made available so that it can build on the current provision.
A public consultation is therefore being held to gather this information.
It is running until March 25 and can be accessed by searching for ‘consultation’on the council’s website, www.pkc.gov.uk.
