Come and try out bowls

An opportunity to give bowls a go for the first time takes place at Auchterarder Bowling Club on Saturday this week.

Beginners are welcome at the Castle Wynd green for an introduction to the sport from 10am until 2pm.

It has been billed as a chance to meeting the club’s coaches and members, and find out more about the club.

It follows on from the club’s official opening day, which took place on Saturday last week and was described as a “great day”.
