HTC U11+

-

For some reason, the bigger something is, the more appealing it is to give it a squeeze. We’d all be cuddling bears instead of cats if they weren’t likely to chomp our heads off. Perhaps this is why HTC decided to increase the screen size of its flagship U11. The U11+’s 6in display cuts down on bezels to fit the bigger screen, while HDR 10 compatibility gives it top-class entertainment chops. Edge Sense is still great too – from quick access to apps to summoning Alexa, there’s little a squish can’t achieve. The U11+ also has improved cameras, a Snapdragon 835 processor, louder speakers and a 30% battery boost. Looks cuddly to us. £699 / htc.com A gaming-focused phone is no good if it’s slowed down by overheating. The Razer Phone’s frame acts as a heat sink, using a thermal pipe to stay cool.
