Pete Davidson from Saturday Night Live stars in a film inspired by his own early 20s, when he was a depressed stoner whose dreams didn’t amount to much beyond a vague interest in becoming a tattoo artist. If that sounds like a lot of navel-gazing, fear not: in the hands of director Judd Apatow, it’s actually an affecting comedy-drama.
