If too much technology and an addiction to your smartphone is causing you to prang out, another gadget might not be the answer, especially if it means an extra screen or app.

3 Take a deep breath

Breathing exercises are probably the easiest way to balance mind, body and soul. Soothing sounds, good-quality audio and meditation tools can really help here.
