BOSS EURUS GS-1

Known for things you can plug guitars into, Boss has unveiled its first guitar. The Eurus GS-1 is a fairly humdrum-looking plank, with 24 frets, fancy custom pickups, a whammy bridge and staggered-height locking tuners. But you also get two jack outputs – one for regular guitar sounds, one for synthy stuff. With the flip of a switch you can engage the GS-1’S polyphonic synth engine and access a wide range of analogue-flavoured tones. Twiddle the control knob for hands-on dynamic expression, or use the separately available EV-1-WL wireless MIDI expression pedal. Just the ticket for confusing everyone by belting out the next electronica hit right from your axe.
