SONOS ROAM

After conquering the world of multiroom music, it took Sonos a while to make a speaker that didn’t need to be in a room at all, but its first truly portable member of the family was certainly worth the wait. Looking like a space-age Toblerone, the waterproof Roam has Bluetooth for when you’re out and about but also has Wi-fi for when you’re not, so it can join in with any other Sonos speakers you’ve got at your gaff – plus it has both Alexa and Google Assistant inside. The 10hr battery life is a little disappointing but not exactly a problem, especially considering all the other stuff it can do.
