Avoid distractions

Be honest with yourself about the sites and sources you subscribe to. Don’t replace one deluge of information (the never-ending waterfall from social media) with another that you’ve created yourself. Focus on what matters most to you and regularly prune subscriptions when sources aren’t doing it for you.
