So now we know how it sounds, but what’s the Bowers & Wilkins Panorama 3 actually like to use?

Bling it on home

No one is likely to feel short-changed by the way the Panorama 3 looks and feels. The top and bottom are mostly plastic, while the bit sandwiched in between is covered in acoustic fabric.

Ramble gone

The fairly limited B&W control app doesn’t really bear comparison to the Sonos equivalent – what does? – but it’s more logical, more stable and more useful than some we could mention.

Chat’s the way

Capacitive touch controls integrated into the top of the soundbar wake up using a proximity sensor, but volume can also be adjusted using your TV’S remote. Alexa voice control works equally well.

Fed Zeppelin

The app does let you integrate favourite music streaming services and internet radio providers. B&W says you’ll soon be able to create groups of its Panorama, Zeppelin and Formation products.
