4 FIND YOUR FOCUS

Apple’s made it easier than ever to block distracting digital noise with Focus. It lives in the Control Centre (the two horizontal bars in the upper right corner of the screen); with a tap, it activates Do Not Disturb across all your icloud devices – Apple Watch, ipad, iphone, and of course the Macbook itself. For granular control over what’s blocked, click on Notifications & Focus in System Preferences.
