500g ready-to-cook beef ravi­oli 400g tin chopped toma­toes Small bunch basil 250g tub mas­car­pone cheese 65g grated Parme­san cheese

Pre-heat the grill to high and bring a large pan of salted wa­ter to the boil. Add the ravi­oli to the pan, re­turn to the boil and cook for a few min­utes, ac­cord­ing to the packet in­struc­tions. Mean­while, pour the tinned toma­toes into a non-metal bowl and mi­crowave on high for 2 mins. Drain the ravi­oli and trans­fer to a bak­ing dish. Pour the toma­toes over the top of the ravi­oli and sprin­kle with a few basil leaves. Sea­son with salt and freshly ground black pep­per and spoon over the mas­car­pone. Sprin­kle on the grated Parme­san and the re­main­ing basil leaves. Place the dish un­der the grill un­til the cheese is golden and bub­bling.
