Pork & apple jelly rustic rolls

Takes 10mins serves 6 Beat 160g salted butter with 1tsp crushed green peppercorn­s and 2tbsp chopped parsley in a bowl until well combined. Use to butter 6 halved wholegrain rolls. Fill each roll with 2-3 slices roast beef or pork, little gem lettuce and serve straight away with mustard and cress and apple jelly.
