About me I’m alice Byrd, 32, and I run my own art gift business. I live with my husband chris, 33, a technical director, and our daughter, Maggie, two.

my home We live in a two-bedroom Victorian flat in hornsea, East yorkshire, which we bought in March 2015.

When I bought It It had been empty for months and was damp, dark and run down. It was so dirty, you couldn’t see what colour the living room carpet was.

And now It’s a completely different place – light, bright, spacious and modern. We reconfigured the rooms and turned it into a welcoming family home.
