ABOUT me i’m Fiona robinson, and i live in a two-bed house in St Albans that i bought in 2016.

my CHALLENGE When i bought this house, every room was a yucky cream colour and the window frames were stained brown. this was the first room i completed – as it’s really important to me to have a tranquil sleep space, it seemed the logical one to do first. i’m so glad i did and if i ever do another renovation, i’ll always fix up my bedroom first!

my WISH LIST i have a hectic job that means i travel a lot and work long hours, so i was keen to create a relaxing, minimal retreat where i could really unwind and get a restful night’s sleep.
