Gastropub classics at home

Co-op has introduced a range of gastropubstyle ready meals that claim to be restaurant quality… and we agree! Called Irresistible, the dishes range from a pancetta-wrapped chicken breast in sweetcorn sauce, cottage pie, sausage and mash, lamb hotpot and venison with braised red cabbage, plus three pasta dishes. What’s more, the whole range will be packaged in either pressed board or foil, both widely recycled.
