If you’re not experience­d with DIY, this is a job best left to a pro.

Hang the chair where it won’t get in the way or bang into walls, about 90-110cm from the floor.

Suspend the chair from a beam or ceiling joist that can support the weight of both the chair and the person sitting in it (at least 140kg).

You’ll need a specialist screw-in hook for the ceiling, plus a length of heavy-duty chain or rope to hang the chair from, as well as strong connecting S hooks.
