Cut a 200g giant York­shire pud­ding into 5cm squares and heat ac­cord­ing to pack in­struc­tions. Heat 1tbsp sun­flower oil in a fry­ing pan, add 200g rump steak and cook over a medium heat for 2min, turn and cook for 2min more. Re­move from the pan and rest for 10min. Mix to­gether 2tbsp horse­rad­ish and 2tbsp cream. Slice 100g radishes into match­sticks and set aside. Slice the steak very thinly. Put a lit­tle horse­rad­ish cream onto each York­shire pud­ding, add a slice of steak and top with radish and thyme leaves.
