MINI SUNDAY ROASTS
Cut a 200g giant Yorkshire pudding into 5cm squares and heat according to pack instructions. Heat 1tbsp sunflower oil in a frying pan, add 200g rump steak and cook over a medium heat for 2min, turn and cook for 2min more. Remove from the pan and rest for 10min. Mix together 2tbsp horseradish and 2tbsp cream. Slice 100g radishes into matchsticks and set aside. Slice the steak very thinly. Put a little horseradish cream onto each Yorkshire pudding, add a slice of steak and top with radish and thyme leaves.
