Mini lamb KEBABS With Yogurt DIP

Mix together 500g lamb mince, 1tsp cumin, 2tsp coriander and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves. Divide into 24 balls, then mould onto a mini skewer. Chill until needed. For the dip, mix together 200g natural yogurt, 1 handful chopped mint and 1tbsp lemon juice. Season to taste. Brush the kebabs with 1tbsp oil, then fry in a griddle pan. Cook
