Do it REFINISH WOODEN furniture

1 Set up in a ventilated area, ensuring there are dust sheets or tarpaulin beneath the furniture.

2 Start by painting on a layer of stripping gel. Leave on the wood as per instructions, then, using a blunt scraper to avoid making any marks in the wood, remove the first layer of varnish or paint. Repeat if necessary.

5 Clean with white spirit, then sand with fine sandpaper. Wipe any dust away. Finally, apply a wood oil, varnish or gel stain as per instructions, wiping off any excess.
