Since vegan diets and flexitarianism are big news in the foodie world, it won’t come as a surprise that M&S has just launched a new range of over 60 meals, snacks and ingredients called Plant Kitchen that are completely plantbased. Delicious dishes like Cauliflower Popcorn, BBQ Pulled Jackfruit Sourdough Pizza and Sweet Potato Katsu Curry are complemented by scrummy sides like Vegan Coleslaw and Potato Salad, both made with dairy-free soya milk mayonnaise.
