Try these Japanese treats
Well known throughout Japan, mochi is a traditional cake made from glutenous rice that has been pounded until it becomes soft and chewy in texture. Little Moons has pimped its range of mochi by filling the shell with ice cream, and this month, it’s added a new flavour – Belgian Chocolate. Looking like posh truffles, the bite-sized balls (which are handmade in London) are filled with vegan Belgian chocolate ice cream, then wrapped in a layer of soft mochi and dusted in cocoa powder.
