ABOUT ME

I’m Emma Paterson, 29, and I live with my husband mark, 35, in a Thirties fourbedroom semi-detached house in Leigh-on-sea, Essex. We moved here in march 2016.

MY CHALLENGE

I wanted to give the bathroom the same thought and style that we had given the other rooms in the house, while also making sure it was a functional space. It was about getting the balance right with a limited budget!

MY WISH LIST

The room had a great bath but no shower, so that was on the top of our list. It’s a big room so we knew we had the space for it. I also wanted try dramatic, dark colours in at least one room in the house.
