FOR THE HAM AND TOMATO STARS 8 thin slices of white bread, 3-4tbsp tomato ketchup 4 slices ham 1-2 cherry tomatoes FOR THE CREAM CHEESE AND MARMITE STARS 180g cream cheese 8 thin slices of brown bread Marmite Snipped chives

1 For the ham and tomato stars, spread 4 slices of white bread with half the ketchup. Top each with a slice of ham. Using a small star-shaped cutter, cut a star out of the centre of remaining slices of bread and spread over remaining ketchup. Place these ketchup-side down on top of the ham. Using a large star-shaped cutter, cut out sandwich. Place a slice of cherry tomato in centre of each sandwich. 2 For the cream cheese and Marmite sandwiches, spread cream cheese over 4 slices of brown bread. Cut small stars out from the remaining slices of bread and spread the rest of the slice with Marmite. Sandwich the bread together, with the Marmite side against the cream cheese and use the larger cutter to stamp out star shapes. Sprinkle chives in the centre.
