The service was a smooth transition from the first appointment when Paula measured my windows, to the speedy making up service and return visit when she expertly fitted all of our blinds.’

On a visit to Hillarys’ Nottingham factory, George got to see just how the process works. Guided by senior product manager Yvonne Keal, he experienced first-hand how fabrics – from a huge selection of patterns and colours inspired from all around the world – are expertly turned into made-to-measure curtains and blinds. ‘The finished curtains are quality checked before they leave the factory floor to make sure they are absolutely perfect before they go to the customer,’ says Yvonne. ‘When they are delivered, the local advisor will then fit and steam them to make sure the pleats hang perfectly.’
Precision fit
